This person interacts with our clients on
a daily basis to solve problems, give advice and work through
projects. This person must have strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, good people skills and a desire to work in a complete team
environment. Previous support desk experience and/or retail
marketplace knowledge is helpful, but not required.
This position requires a very special type
of person who is self-motivated and service oriented. Excellent
communication skills are a must. While it requires at least five years
of previous sales experience, special consideration will be given to
individuals with inventory and point of sale experience. The ideal
candidate must be willing to travel and attend conferences.
This person interacts with our new and
existing clients to provide basic and advanced training on our
software solutions. Most of this training is done from our
corporate offices via online methods though some travel is required
when our clients request on-site assistance. This person must
have good people skills and great organizational skills.
